He is survived by: his wife Amy Carlisle; his daughters, Pam Dixon, Allie Kilgore, Star Jones and Sibi Riffer; his stepchildren, Vicky Thomas, Anna Zielinksi and Henry Zielinski; and his brothers, Terry and Jerry Carlisle. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 7 step grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
