She is survived by: her husband James Spivey; her sons, James Wilford Spivey II, Bradley Miller Spivey (Melissa), Craig Douglas Spivey (Heather McLean) and Stuart Jason Spivey (Sandra); her grandchildren, Colin Thompson Spivey, William Conrad Spivey, Jessica Eleanor Spivey, Savannah Drew Spivey and Joshua James Spivey; and her sisters, Gloria Ann Stell Bell, Carolyn Stell, Chandler, Rosalyn Stell Touchstone and Judy Stell Riley.
Memorials may be made to the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home and Family Ministries.
