He was predeceased by: his wife Madeleine Neeley; his parents, Ervin Neeley and Opal Neeley; his siblings, Raymond Neeley and Rita Rogers; and his grandson Jarrett Ailshie.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Ailshie and Dwayne Neeley; and his grandchildren, Lauren Ailshie, Amity and Aleah Neeley. He is also survived by two brothers and a sister, along with several nieces and nephews.
