Betty Sue Griggs-Knowles Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Sue Griggs-Knowles of West Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse W. Lea and Eva Lea; her husband Jerry Griggs, Sr.; and her former husband George David Knowles. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Glenn Griggs, Jr. (Lisa) and Clint Monroe Griggs (Michelle); her siblings, William Martin "Pete" Lea (Jody) and Norma Ann Antley (Billy Jack); and her grandchildren, Stormy Spillers, Heidi Griggs, Ellise Spears, Jessica Griggs, Jerry G. "Trey" Griggs, III, David JB Griggs, Joan E. Barajas and Michael M. Griggs. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, American Cancer Society, or to Northeast Louisiana Veterans Home.
