She was predeceased by: her husband Percy Lee Sims; her son Randall Cooper Sims; her parents, Cooper Parrigin and Lillie Parrigin; and her siblings, Jimmy Parrigin, Karry Parrigin, Charles Parrigin, Marie Qualls, Fay Vetrano and Pamela Parrigin.
She is survived by: her daughter Alma Renee Dewey (Curtis); her daughter-in-law Penny Sims; her stepson Donnie Sims (Anita); and her siblings, Larry Parrigin (Fay), Tony Parrigin (Nancy), Wanda Henson and Teresa Blackburn (Red). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
