She was predeceased by: her daughter Catherine Burley Fincher; and her stepson Billy Ed Burley. She is survived by: her spouses, William C. Burley and Rhyan; her daughter Cindy Barnica (Lynn); her grandchildren, Robert Barnica (Melissa), Roy Barnica (Brynna), Elizabeth Martinez (Jason), Laura Rodgers (Nat) and Samuel Fincher (Amber); her stepgrandchildren, Marla, Brianna and Amber; her great grandchildren, Zachary Martinez, Abigail Briggs and Wilson Rodgers; her siblings, Mary Frances Slaughter, Robert Newsom, Relda Bateman and Marsha Odom; and her friend Lisa Setliff. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Monroe, LA or to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
