He was predeceased by: his daughters, Joni Hay and Deidre Roberts; and his brother Ricky Dale Hay. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Jeremy (Tanya Hay); and his grandchildren, Hannah Roberts, Tyler, Jordan, Madelyn Hay, Chelsey and Courtney. He is also survived by 4 great-grandsons.
