He is survived by: his wife Satwant Kaur Sarai; his sons, Harvinder Singh Sarai (Narinder) and Wishkaranjit "Vic" Singh Sarai (Kristina); his siblings, Dr. Didar Singh Sarai and Kamaljeet Randhawa (Surjeet); and his grandchildren, Shivkaran "Sunny" Sarai and Armann Sarai. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
