He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur P. and Mary Lou Bourg Boudreaux. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Patrick Boudreaux, Necole (Jeffrey Singley) and Michelle (Paul Dhanoa); his sisters, Kay (Danny Young) and Becky (Ricky Ross); and his grandchildren, Savannah, Andre and Singley.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Arthur's honor to Ochsner Foundation Hospital.
