She is survived by: her mother Nichol "Nikki" Mooney (Joel) of Mangham, LA; her siblings, Drew Keith Fortenberry and Kim Purvis of Mangham, LA; her uncle Dwight Fortenberry (Christie) of Stowe, VT; her grandparents, Dianne Warlick Fortenberry of West Monroe, LA and Keith G. Fortenberry (Tami) of Bossier City, LA; her great-grandparent Annette LaCara Warlick of Monroe, LA; and her siblings, Jeremia Mize, Timothy Mooney, Jacob Mooney, Carson Mooney, Deanna Mooney and Erica Mooney.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
