He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Steele and Estelle Steele. He is survived by: his wife Gettis Steele; his children, Terry Steele (Donna) of Brenham, TX., Mickey Steele of Brenham, TX., Troy Steele of Brenham, TX., John Steele (Sandy) of Tomball, TX and Kim Duckworth (Chris) of Brenham, TX; his siblings, Wilmetta Steele Grimes, Doreen Jane Gray Laura, Gayle Steele, Maxine Inez Orr, Sandra Jean Williams, Malcolm Burn Steele and Jerry Chester "Sonny" Steele; and his grandchildren, Wendi Flores, Todd Steele, Tera Miller, Kera Steele, Mickey Steele II, Nikki Steele, Brooke Durham, Joshua Steele, Collin Duckworth, Kaylor Steele and Zachary Duckworth. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
