He is survived by: his mother Linda Ferramosca; his siblings, Jeffrey Amendolia, Roseanne Amendolia and Valarie Spikes; his son Anthony Campbell; his wife Michelle of Landon Amendolia; his daughter Stormi Campbell; and his grandchildren, Brailen Campbell, Haven Campbell, Lakyn Johnston, River Johnston and Fisher Johnston. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
