She was predeceased by: her mother Marilyn Knaus; her foster father Harold Jones; her parents-in-law, Sherlon and Carolyn Knight; and her sister Carol Hargrove.

She is survived by: her husband Bruce Knight; her sons, Jacob Bradley Knight and Andrew Douglas Knight (Desirae); her sisters, Tammy Doherty Jones, Barbara Shotzbarger Kimble and Susan Hargrove Teston; and her close friend Paula Golden.
