She was predeceased by: her husband Hulen Moorehead; and her daughter Mary Cartmell. She is survived by: her children, Michael Kampling, Richard Kampling (Glenda), Patricia Kerns (John Kerns) and Carol Beck; her stepdaughters, Sharon Harwell and Sandra Wright; her grandchildren, Courtney Stockton, Jessica Kampling, James Lucas, Michael Kampling, MacKenzie DeVito, Hulen Kampling, Sara Phillips, Angela Osbourne and Michael Cartmell; and her sister Joan Shaw.
