Anita Welch Roscoe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2023, at the age of 89, Anita Welch Roscoe of West Monroe, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Spurgeon Welch and Zula Henry Welch; her husband Glenn B. Roscoe Sr.; and her siblings, Rufus Welch, Charlie Welch, Spurgeon Welch Jr. and Mary Weston.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Roscoe Jr. (Kathy) and Karen Graham (Jim); her grandchildren, Bobby Graham (Niki), James Soules (Randa), Lori Graham, Lauren Brown (Chase), Jennifer and Ashley Yeager; her sister Earlene Jones; and her brother-in-law Benny Roscoe (Mildred). She is also survived by great grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
