He was predeceased by: his wife Rossie Mae Venters; his parents, Richard Venters and Annie Venters; and his brother Richard Venters. He is survived by: his children, Ray Venters, Jr., Missy of West Monroe and Vickie Tharp (Jay) of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Ashley Caples, Charlie, Holly, Jason Tharp (Lynnsey), Shelley Pack (Andrew) and Ashley Tharp; and his great grandchildren, Jade, Keira Tharp and Russell Pack. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
