He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Blazier; his sons, Michael Blazier (Stacy), Jason Blazier (Miranda) and Adam Blazier (Betsy); his grandchildren, Hayden, Seth, Emily, Dylan, Aiden, Alyssa and Evan; and his brother Ronny Blazier (Kathy).
