She is survived by: her children, Steven Joseph Monks, Lisa Claire Monks, Thomas Benton Monks and William Jacob Monks, III (Robert Volinsky); her stepdaughter Stephanie Broussard (David Landry); and her grandchildren, Courtland, Luke, Dan, Meghan, Michael and Jonathan.
A reception was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (305 W Hudspeth St, Welsh, LA 70591).
