He is survived by: his wife Helen Root Fontenot; his children, Shawna Mann, Heidi Mallett (Brandon) and Allen "AJ' Fontenot (Elise); his pets, Jordan, Ryan Mann, Levi, Waylan and Clayton "Booboo" Mallett; and his siblings, Thelma Cormier (Lionel), Yvonne Murray, Debbie Fontenot, Jessie Romero (Thomas) and Ronald Fontenot (Sue).
