He was predeceased by: his children, Jenna Kathleen Chavers, Alyssa Kathleen Chavers and Michael Wayne Chavers; his stepson Eddie Erwin; his granddaughter Makenzie Burleson; his parents, Eugene Chavers and Edith Chavers (Starkey); and his brother Mike Chavers.
He is survived by: his wife Roseanne Erwin; his sons, Joshua Chavers (Kelsey), Paul Chavers and Bryan Burleson (Kylie); his stepchildren, Aleisha Accardo (Ricky), Trent Erwin (Jenny), Joshua Dyer (Brandee), Carlton Erwin (Trilby), Haskell Dyer (April) and Richie Obie Erwin; his sister Pat Ory (John); his nieces, Tricia Ory, Timi Henderson (Robert) and Micka Chavers Nicolosi (Bo); and his nephew John John Ory (Tracy). He is also survived by beautiful grandchildren; and one (1) precious great-grandchild.
