She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Berthelot; her stepchildren, Kathy O'Neal, Johnny O'Neal, Shelly O'Neal and Susan Bercegeay; her parents, Alvis Ford and Clyde Ford; and her parents-in-law, Ellis and Abi O'Neal.
She is survived by: her husband John O'Neal; and her children, Vicki Decker and Craig Shaw. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
