He is survived by: his wife Iris V. Perkins; his daughter Pam Jones (Larry); his grandchildren, Ridge Perkins, Drew Dipaola (Katie Kenny), Joshua Richardson (Lindsey), Cole Perkins (Dajah Dangerfield), Travis Jones, Magnus Hymel and Scotti Hymel; his great grandchildren, Berklyn Perkins, Maverick Dipaola, Malakai Perkins and Oaklee Richardson; and his brother Tommy Perkins (Carol).
