He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl C. Watts, Sr. and Mildred Bergeron Watts; his wife Grace Thames Watts; his sisters, Linda Brignac, Nelda Curtis (Bubbie) and Susan Hutchinson (Tom); and his children, Russell Ott (Bridgette), Jason Ott (Jonette), Denise Watts, Jana O'Neal (Freddy) and Earl "Dennis" Watts (Tricia). He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
