She is survived by: her siblings, Eugene (Linda Ballard) and Connie (Wayne Lentz); her daughters, Connie (Kenely Brown), Dianne (Robert Bergeron), Barbara (Vince Caruso) and Lisa (Timmy Carlton); her grandchildren, Phillip Lentz, Jr., James Lentz, Tommy, Bobby, Jennifer, Mike, Joey, Tiffany, Scottie, Megan, Ashley, Dillan, Colton, Katalaya, Dakota, Ray, Katie, J. R., Tate and Nick; and her friend Pearl Arbor. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
