We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2022, at the age of 68, Germaine Arnetha Thompson of Waterproof, Louisiana, born in Natchez, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Monzell Deloris Brown Thompson and Richard Lee Thompson, Sr.; her siblings, Jesse Thompson, Fred Brown and Barbara Ann Thompson; and her aunts and uncles, Freda Jenkins, Ernestine Brown, Katie Brown, Levada Brown and Herman Brown.

She is survived by: her sons, Hernandez Cortez Thompson (Terri) and John A. Thompson (Barbara); her siblings, Richard Thompson, Jr. (Brenda) and Cecelia Thompson; and her nieces, Meisha Thompson, Tamika Lewis and Renata Lewis. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
