She is survived by: her husband Shane Stelly; her children, Kaleb Stelly and Shelby Stelly Bordelon; her parents, Kenneth Jerome Smith and Juanita Marie Brouillette Smith; and her siblings, John Stephen Smith, Kenneth Scott Smith and Shana Smith Theriot.
