He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Mae Morris and Samuel Morris, Sr.; his close friend Millie P. Selvage; and his siblings, Sandra Nicholas, Vernon Sr., Lionel and Keith Morris.
He is survived by: his siblings, Andreyetta Harrison, Brenda Martin, Patricia Morris, Karen Morris and Derek Morris; and his granddaughters, Antoinette Selvage, Tangilia Selvage, Ansanta Picou, Tonia Picou and Shanequa Stevenson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rhodes Funeral Home - Washington Avenue (3933 Washington Ave, New Orleans, LA 70125). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the D. W. Rhodes Funeral Home (3933 Washington Ave, New Orleans, LA 70125).
