He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Walker, Sr. and Rosalie Terry Walker; his daughter Judy W Mullen McNeal; his siblings, Joseph, Benit, Percy Jr., Jerry, Andrew, Walter, Bertha Walker, Janie M. Johnson, Charlotte Netta and Emma Russ; his grandparents, Jupiter, Maria Pate Walker Buras and Charlotte Cummins Terry; and his grandson Marvin Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Roosevelt Walker, Jr. (Angela), Sherlrita W. Clark (Grant) and Wendolyn Frederick; and his grandchildren, Nathan Mullen (Dyaca), Tomeca M. Carson (Leonunte), Cory M. Mullen, Ryan Walker, Roosevelt Walker III, Larkina W. Burke (Corey), Anthony Tucker Jr. (Amy), Jermone Frederick, Wenesha F. Tippen (Nahshon) and Joseph Frederick III. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
