He is survived by: his children, Vaughn Raymond Lazarus and Randi Lyn Meadoux; his sister Trina Meadoux; his in-laws, Raymond and Joan Heisser; his sister-in-law Angela Heisser; his niece Sovonna Lewis; and his grandchildren, Xavier Valentino Lazarus, Kailee and Breyker McClendon.
