He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil Wartelle, Sr. and Josie Quirk Wartelle (Edith Mae Budden); and his sisters, Claire Wartelle, Anne Wartelle Hill, Catherine Wartelle Ewell (Cat) and Rita Wartelle Daniels Blanchard.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Mae Budden; his children, Webb Wartelle (Leah) of Baton Rouge, Felix Wartelle, Jr. of Washington and Edie Wartelle Balderree (John) of Grapevine, Texas; his grandsons, Collin Balderree of Grapevine, Brett Haddad of Sydney and Jordan Haddad (Zara) of Albuquerque; and his great grandchildren, Harly, Harper and Koa Haddad of Sydney, Australia..
