She was predeceased by: her husband Wilfred Allen Tanner; her child Courtney Monique Brown; and her sister Gladys Gray. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Nicole Brown; her brothers, Henry Lee Francis, William Morgan and Wilson Francis, Jr.; and her granddaughter Korinne Emery Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
