He was predeceased by: his mother Lynda R. Norris; his stepfather Leo Norris; and his grandfather Louis Garvin. He is survived by: his wife Shanet "Shon" Ashford Prochaska of Washington; his father David J. Prochaska (Paula) of Sunset; his children, Jared Vidrine of Dallas Texas, Justin Prochaska (Chelsea) of Opelousas and Katie Baldridge (Ben) of Opelousas; his siblings, Lee Prochaska of Des Moines, Alex Prochaska (Emily) of Lafayette, Ricky Norris of Texas and Andrea Norris of Texas; and his grandchildren, Jackson Baldridge, Walker Baldridge and Everly Prochaska. He is also survived by his Son with a repair, surprise family members.

Due to the spread of Covid the family has requested that face covering be worn while inside the funeral home.
