He was predeceased by: his wife Anita Pitre Marks; his parents, Necaisse Marks Sr. and Anna Morain Marks; and his siblings, Edgar, Clifford Marks, Hilda Meche, Eula Whittington and Lena Guillory.
He is survived by: his son Ronnie Marks (Lynn) of Mandeville; his grandchildren, Margeaux Marks, Katelyn Woolridge and David Fusilier; his son Richard Marks of Ville Platte; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Tasha, Sharon and Steven Marks; his daughter JoAnne Vincent (Glenn Vincent) of Gulf Shores, AL; his grandson Justin Ray LaFleur (Anne); his daughter Jeanee Nicole (Eric Brucchaus); and his sisters-in-law, Lenola Chelette and Gloria Pitre.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 2:20 PM at the LaVille Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Church (318 E Moundville St, Washington, LA 70589).
