She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Rachal (Frank); her parents, Yeola Reynaud Monteilh and Moses Monteilh; her stepmother Hilda Monteilh; and her siblings, Mildred Monteilh (Millie), Joseph Monteilh, Norris Monteilh and Moses Monteilh, Jr. (Bobby).
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Marie Rachal, Lavinia Marie Rachal and Francis Joseph Rachal; her daughter-in-law Dawn Ursula Rachal; her granddaughter Julia Jackson Monteilh Rachal; and her sisters, Agnes Monteilh Riley (Patsy), Sonja Monteilh Hunt and Dianne Monteilh Long. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins and friends.
