It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Theriot Brasseaux (Washington, Louisiana), born in Carencro, Louisiana, who passed away on April 13, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband C. Joseph "Tee" Brasseaux; and her parents, Telesmar Theriot and Olivia "Rose" Theriot Mouton. She is survived by: her children, Todd Telesmar Brasseaux (Samantha) of Washington and Twyla Lemoine (David) of Marksville; her grandchildren, Dustin Cook, Danika Brasseaux and Timothy Brasseaux; her great grandchildren, Alexas Cook, Brycen Cook, Triston Brasseaux and Tyler Brasseaux; her brothers, Donald Ray "Terry" Theriot (Carole) of Washington and Dale Mouton (Gail) of Lafayette; and her nieces and nephews, Rolyndia (Roly), Teri Kai, Michelle, Donnie and Mitchell. She is also survived by her children said, she was an amazing mother, grandmother.
Due to the restrictions of the current COVID-19 pandemic limiting gatherings to 10 or fewer family members, a private service will be held for immediate family only.
