He is survived by: his former wife Ethel Freeman of Orange, TX; his children, Nicholas Freeman (Linda) of Eunice, LA, Neal Freeman (late Helen Joy) of Ville Platte, LA, Cynthia Lavigne (Alvin) of Mamou, LA and Melissa Freeman of Ville Platte, LA; and his brothers, Harry Freeman of Ville Platte, LA, Dallas Freeman of Carencro, LA, Ellis of Ville Platte, LA, Larry of Ville Platte, LA and Lee Freeman of Ville Platte, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
