He is survived by: his wife Maria Dawn Lee LeBlanc of Washington; his parents, Charles Ray LeBlanc and Mary Agnes Buller; his daughters, Emily LeBlanc of Washington and Anna LeBlanc of Washington; his father-in-law Jeanel "Fatty" Lee of Ville Platte; and his brothers, Phillip LeBlanc (Vallie) of Garland and Brent LeBlanc of Garland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, first cousins, in laws, aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.
