He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his sons, Eugene James Stephens, Jr. (Schnell), Travis Patrick Stephens (Keisha), Eujohn Moses (Sabrina) and Branden Tyler Stephens (Ashley); his siblings, Eldridge Paul Stephens and Barbara Jean Midkiff; his siblings-in-law, Arlene Stephens, Glendell Richardson, Lois Lockhart and Larry Richardson; and his godchildren, Bryan Russell, Ameka Cheatham-Martin and Heather Goins Robinson.
