Donald Vidrine Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2021, at the age of 94, Donald Vidrine of Washington, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Vidrine and Aminthe Fontenot Vidrine; his siblings, Octave, Atale, Aclide, Rene', Onise, Daly Vidrine, Germaine Vidrine Fontenot, Irene Vidrine Fontenot, Wanice Vidrine and Prudence Vidrine; and his son-in-law John Fisco.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Matt Vidrine; his children, Margaret Vidrine Gillard, Yvonne Vidrine Fisco, Kathleen Vidrine LaSeur (Stearns) and Michael Vidrine (Jamie); his grandchildren, Heather Gillard, Stefanie Fisco (Evan), Stearns LaSeur, IV (Laura), Ali Vidrine Deville (John), Jason Vidrine (Lauren), Michelle Fisco (Johnny) and Christopher LaSeur (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Wesley Deville, Rose Fisco, Harvey LaSeur, Rhett Deville, Juna Kongos and Ruby Vidrine. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and life-long friends.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed in the funeral home from 8:00 a.m. until the time of services and requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in D.L.'s name for masses at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, to Sacred Heart School in Ville Platte, or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
