He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Johnson and Elvina Jack Johnson; his siblings, Alfred Johnson, Curley Johnson, Sr., Frank Johnson, Sr., Lou Wilda Garrett, Oleanna Carver, Morena Johnson Caleb and Julia Young; and his granddaughters, Ja'Quanta Jason and Layla Charlot.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Landor Johnson of Washington, LA; his children, Kevin Landor of Washington, LA, Eric Landor of Washington, LA, Dana Charlot (Kendall) of Lawtell, LA and Kecia Johnson of Washington, LA; his siblings, Herbert Thomas of Baton Rouge, LA, Melezar Johnson of Ville Platte, LA and Ollie Johnson Edward of Opelousas, LA; his godson David Garrett of Opelousas, LA; and his grandchildren, Brionna, Ethan, Selena, Collin, Brayden and Josiah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Williams Funeral Home - Opelousas (817 E South St, Opelousas, LA 70571). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
