He was predeceased by: his spouse Rozelia Joseph (Rose); his daughter Desiree Joseph; his parents, Arthur Joseph and Stella Doucet Joseph; and his siblings, Anthony, Maurice, Rev. Llyod Mercadel, Albert Joseph, Henry Joseph, Emily Joseph and Arthurine Joseph Alexis.
He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Lawson; and his sister-in-law Ora C. Joseph (Henry). He is also survived by nephews, other relatives and friends.
