She is survived by: her husband Chuck Mercer; her son William Sibley; her daughter-in-law Jenifer; her grandchildren, Kristen (Lloyd), Shane, Kayla and Cody; her siblings, Lewis Carl Sibley (Peggy), Leroy (Jerry), Pernell Sibley and Lenora James (Susie); her siblings-in-law, Jason Mercer (Raelynn) and Donna Martin (Dale); and her nieces and nephews, Leroy, Adam, Matthew, Joseph, Richard, Matt, Chris, Jay, Dale, Glennis, Amy, LaDonna, Alishia and Iris. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
