She is survived by: her children, Natasha Waugh, Tonya Davis, Paul Ray Waugh Jr., Tiffany Fortner and Deanna Fortner; her grandchildren, Courtlin, Brennan, Tristin, Riley, Jackson, Joshua Jr., Derick, Conner, Serenity, Ayden, Ashtin, Roman, Sophia, Ryker and Paisley; her great grandchild Enzo; and her brothers, Joseph and Gemini Alves.
