He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Sibley Ellis; his sons, David (Lynn Ellis), Glenn Shannon (Kelli Ellis), Patrick (Eileen Ellis) and Aaron (Jovita Ellis); his grandchildren, Brad, Laura, Jennifer, Helen, Keaton, Emma, Carl, Katie, Peyton and Reyna; his siblings, Janice Ellis Tiner and Carlton Ellis; and his sons, Keaton Ellis, Derek Ellis, John Ellis Varnado and Robin Sibley. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
