He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton John Blanchard, Sr. and Sylvia White Blanchard; and his grandson Carey Spenser Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn H. Blanchard; his children, Mona Parker (Martin, Dina Blanchard), Lisa Blanchard and John C. Blanchard (Christy); his grandchildren, Christopher Long (Sheri, Elizabeth Long), Matthew Parker, Joseph Parker and Phoebe Blanchard; and his siblings, Bobby Blanchard (Gwen) and Ellen Witcraft.
