He was predeceased by: his former wife Catherine "Cat" Maddux McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Linda W. McCullough; his children, Shannon (Steve Bernard), Harold "Bogie" Jr. (Traci McCullough), Glenn (Vicky McCullough) and Craig (Brittany McCullough); and his sister Eunice Schouest. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
