He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Perry and Ann Graves; his brother Jacob Scott; and his cousin Bubba Gill. He is survived by: his parents, Doug Atkins (Leah) and Glory Riggins (Craig); his siblings, Jordan Atkins, Evan Riggins, Joshua Riggins, Tanner Moret, Madilyn Riggins, Olivia Moret, Jolie Allen and Jacqueline Allen; his grandparents, Barbara Allen, Willa Perry, Frank Constantino, Louise Constantino, Elaine Riggins and Gary Riggins; and his great-grandparent Ruby Riggins. He is also survived by aunt who was special to Garrett, Sandra Riggins, as well as numerous other loving family members and friends.
