He is survived by: his children, Dustin Nathaniel Chutz Jr. and Callie Rayne Chutz; his parents, Dorothy B. Chutz and Douglas J. Chutz Sr.; his grandparents, Clebert Boudreaux (Margie Boudreaux) and Rick Noland; his siblings, Diane S. Dias (Chris) and Doug J. Chutz Jr.; his wife Heather M. Chutz; his nieces and nephews, Amber Byars (Denisey), Alexis R. Byars, Kendall E. Wilbanks, Noelle M. Chutz and Caiden J. Chutz; and also Sheela L. Chutz.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to cover funeral expenses.
