He was predeceased by: his parents, J. J. Warner II (Corma) and Eran Elizabeth Fortenberry; his brother J. J. Warner III; and his friend Bruce Walters. He is survived by: his wife Sanna Warner; his daughters, Tammy Warner Price (Kip) and Sheri Warner Spaulding (George); his grandsons, Daniel Westley Price (Sarah), Logan Warner Price (Tara Ricks) and John William Price; and his nephew John Benton Warner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
