She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde E. Palmer; her children, Jan Clyde Palmer Arnold and Warren E. Palmer; her parents, Henry Sartwell and Sammie Sartwell; and her sister Barbara 'Bob Koles.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Palmer Sibley; her son-in-law Mark Robin Sibley; her son Billy Palmer; her children-in-law, Sylvia Matherne Palmer and Kerney Arnold; her grandchildren, Matthew Sibley (Devon), Hannah Sibley Mascoli (Nick), Katie Clyde Hopkins (John) and Kerney Jacob Arnold (Kaleigh); her great grandchildren, Addie, Layla Sibley, Athena, Henry Mascoli and Savannah Rose Arnold; her nephew Randy; her niece Lisa Koles; her close friend Emily Bernard; and her cousins, J. W. Sartwell and Buck Ratliff.
